Coriander Leaves (aka Cilantro)

Fresh coriander is one of my favourite herbs and I use it in cooking and garnishing my curries, grills, salads and soups as it is a beautifully fragrant herb. It resembles flat-leaf parsley. I also use it to garnish pulao, biryani and warm naans. Adding fresh coriander leaves at the last minute of cooking maintains its colour and flavour.
