Star Aniseed (Chakraphool)
Although I love the aroma of this spice, I use it sparingly in my cooking. I find it delicious in my Chicken Green Masala although it is not used in any of the traditional Mangalorean dishes. I have also introduced it in my Garam Masala Powder for its unique flavour.
